1. This quite normal. On small shutters it is not a major problem. A brush pile strip can be added to the inside of the track to slow the shutter down, but this will also make it stiffer to open. On bigger shutters use a counterbalanced roller shutter instead. |

1. Grease the tracks with petroleum jelly (e.g. Vaseline).
2. The cabinet might be out of square or underwidth. Check and correct.
3. The "push-on" handle might be too long - see answer 2, tip 5 under roller shutters.
4. The track corner radius might be too tight for the slat profile - check with Rotalac Technical Department.
5. The track might be too narrow, or the slat might be too fat - check with Rotalac Technical Department. |
