Management Buyout Success at Rotalac
The Cheshire based plastics company renowned for its plastics extrusion, moulding and shutter systems has undergone a change in ownership during January 2004.
Previously part of the BI Group PLC, Rotalac has been subject of a successful management buyout led by Mr Leonard Timmins, Managing Director, and Mr Iain Willis, Financial Director.
"There are exciting times ahead with opportunities for Rotalac to enter new markets and continue to develop its existing customer base, whilst 2004 will largely be a period of consolidation, some restructuring will be undertaken to provide a solid platform for Rotalac's sustained growth in future years" commented Mr Timmins.
"New investment into facilities, machinery and options for strengthening the existing team are also being considered" added Mr Willis.
In 2005 the corporate image and identity of Rotalac Plastics will be reviewed and new literature, together with a new website which closely reflects the capabilities of the company, will be developed.
In addition, Rotalac will be implementing improvements and developments of its tambour and roller shutter products in preparation for entry into new markets.
